Case Study: OVRCC
What do you do when your regional carpenters union client tells you they want to have their own brand – separate from the national organization’s brand – that also needs to:
- serve their existing members
- entice new individual members to join the carpenters’ union
- entice new businesses to become union
- companies instill a sense of pride in being a union carpenter
- represent many different trades
- educate youth about the trades and choosing them as a life path, and why they should join the union’s apprenticeship program
You design a logo that represents a variety of trades with one image. You travel the state with a photographer taking amazing photos of the award winning, architecturally significant, and fun places union carpenters’ ply their craft (NFL locker rooms, MLB stadiums, churches, universities, bridges, and amusement parks anyone?). Then you design a new website that educates, showcases, and provides members a private portal to manage their accounts. Finally, you create a marketing plan that helps organizers have conversations with their prospects.
“Deanna and the team from Full Circle Creative helped us take a sketchy vision and make it a reality. Every meeting helped focus our vision into the clear and crisp marketing materials we now have, ever expanding and changing to meet our needs. “
